Executive Coaching: Work directly with leaders to discuss their strengths and
challenges of leadership. Challenges could include anything limiting the
success of the individual leader, the company, a project, team performance or a
combination that includes any of these things. Observe leader in real-time and
in real work settings (conference calls, meetings, presentations, and other
relevant situations/interactions) in order to gain insight about how they “show
up” as a leader.
Team Development: A facilitated process that focuses on identifying the unique challenges for each group and developing and implementing strategies so that projects can move forward. The result is that teams work together with increased interpersonal respect, toward mutually accepted goals while being genuinely satisfied with the outcomes of major decisions that affect their working situation. Meeting Facilitation: Assist with designing agendas and task cycles that include activities and interactive components to reinforce the purpose and theme of the meeting so that commitment and progress occurs. Training: Present training programs and facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction and on-the-job coaching. Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness. Provide feedback to program participants and management. Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology. |
